If you own a web site or a blog, now you can create an account in Google adsense. For this go to https://www.google.com/adsense. Click sign up and create an account. It will take some time to activate the account, since Google will check the site address you have given and the content also.
If you want an account fast, you can try blogger.com . Create an account in blogger. Blogger.com allows you to apply for AdSense directly. It also allows you to add a advertisement in the template with simple steps.
You can change the template of the blog, there are too many sites are providing free blogger templates, with and without adsense.
If you have a google account, and what you want is an website then you can try pages.google.com. It is also very good and easy to use.
